our sweet milk mouth girl

one of my favorite things about having this new little girl is feeding her and the milk mustache that always follows. i love it. she is such a good girl and for the most part only cries when she needs to be changed or fed. we feel so lucky to have such a good baby.

Jasmine,
She is beautiful!!! I know!!, The biggest pleausure in their little lives is that delicious milk.
When I see that milk running on the side of their mouths ,when they are done there is milk all over there face. It is the best!!
Shane says it is like a drug for them :) they act like they really need it so bad or they will go into a withdraw :)
Love ya! and miss ya!

Happy New Year real soon.

Astrid is beautiful. Oliver says she is getting prettier by the day and wants to see her in person again.

Art, have you been showing the little girl the "100 Greatest Moments of the Premier League" at least once a week?

Hope to see you soon in the new year.

I don't really get how she gets a milk mustache from nursing. Is she already using cups? You all look beautiful!

Just wait until she's smiling. She'll look up from nursing and give you such drunken grins with milk trickling down her chin...it's one of the best thank yous motherhood has to offer. I can't wait to meet her!

When Adri was a newborn we use to call it her breasty face. I just loved it...crease marks in her cheeks and around her mouth from sucking and milk dripping out of her mouth after she fell asleep. I agree with Autumn - the smiling while nursing makes you fall in love with their little face even more. I'm back in town and I want to come meet her if you are accepting visitors.
